How do I get started with the API?
Create a free account, generate an API token from your dashboard, and follow our quick start guide in the documentation. You get 100 free credits per month to get started.
What happens if I exceed my API limit?
Your requests will be rate-limited but not blocked. You can purchase additional credits or upgrade to a higher tier. We'll send notifications when you reach 80% and 100% of your limit.
How do I upgrade my plan?
You can upgrade at any time from your dashboard billing page. For further support or scaled deployment please contact our support team
Do you offer refunds?
Monthly plans are non-refundable but you can cancel anytime and retain access until the end of your billing period.
How do I report a bug or issue?
Email us at support@zipf.ai with details about the issue, including API endpoint, request/response details, and any error messages. We typically respond within 24 hours.
Can I get custom indexes or features?
Yes! Enterprise customers can request custom indexes, specialized routing, and white-label options. Contact our sales team to discuss your requirements.
