Time Off & Flexibility

Unlimited Vacation (Honor System)

We trust you to manage your own schedule. Take the time you need to recharge and come back refreshed. We believe responsible adults don't need a vacation counter.

Company-Wide Holiday Closures

The entire company closes for Christmas week (Dec 23 – Jan 1) and Fourth of July week. No emails, no Slack, no "quick questions." Everyone gets to fully disconnect together.

Flexible Hybrid Schedule

Core in-office days are Monday and Thursday. The rest of the week is yours to work where you're most productive—office, home, or your favorite coffee shop.
